Satyagraha Monday Box Office Collections and Tuesday early estimate
After a promising weekend, Satyagraha has failed the Monday test at the domestic box office. The film has dropped by more than 54% from Friday, which is disappointing as the Friday business itself was below the mark for such a wide release. The film has dropped across all circuits except Delhi/UP and Bihar.
The Prakash Jha film had shown decent growth in business over the weekend, but the Monday drop means that the film will struggle to recover its costs through its theatrical business.
On Tuesday, the morning shows witnessed a further drop in business. A few circuits in the North are holding up better, but in other parts of the country the film is going down quickly. Tuesday business is likely to be around 4.5 – 4.75 crore net

- Sunday – 14.83 crore (13% growth)
- Monday – 5.07 crore (66% drop from Sunday)
